Project Evaluator, Sanford Research/USD (Sioux Falls, SD)

Emily White Hat, JD (Sicangu Lakota/Rosebud Sioux Tribe) is a Project Evaluator at Sanford Research/USD (Sioux Falls, SD) in the Center for Health Outcomes and Prevention Research. Her work focuses on developmental evaluation of the Collaborative Research Center for American Indian Health. She also works with Sanford Research Evaluation services on evaluation projects, and White Buffalo Calf Woman Society on grants focusing on youth. Previous to joining Sanford Research, Ms. White Hat was a program manager at the National Congress of American Indians Policy Research Center in Washington, DC where she managed and conducted research on a NARCH funded project and in the areas of public health, public health law, and veterans’ issues.
